Around 500 Tibetan Buddhist nuns from 10 nunneries in India and Nepal have gathered in the holy city of Bodhgaya in India for Jang Gonchoe, the annual inter-nunnery debate and the month-long intensive training in monastic debate. The event runs from October 16 to November 17, 2022 and has lead nuns to debate at the Mahabodhi Temple fulfilling the Buddha's Teachings.
